Freeze REQUEST

 

Please email billing@questfitness17.com if you are looking to freeze your account.

• The freeze fee is $9.95 per month plus tax. If you provide a doctor's note or a college schedule, the freeze fee is $0. You can freeze up to 2 months a year for non medical/college. Medical freezes are up to 6 months per year.

•  All doctors notes/ schedules MUST be emailed to billing@questfitness17.com for the freeze to be processed. 

• Freeze request must be submitted 10 days before the billing cycle for the month. 

• Frozen Months do not count towards commitment months. 

• After your frozen months, your account will automatically become active. Q Performance is not responsible for reminding the member that the freeze is over.
